Happier
During the day, your mind is already looking for what you'll write down tonight. You notice the good more often.
More grateful
Instead of “family”, you write what actually happened today. Specific moments touch you more than general ones.
More fulfilled
After a few weeks you realize how much good there is in an ordinary day.
How it works
One question in the evening. That's it.
Most gratitude journals let you write the same thing every day. Two weeks in, all that's left is “coffee, family, health”, and the exercise has become a chore. Unrepeat turns that around.
Three good things
Every evening you write down three things you're grateful for today. No more, no less. It takes less than a minute.
None of them twice
Unrepeat compares every entry with everything you've ever written, by meaning rather than by words. “Tasty cappuccino” and “Good coffee” don't share a single word and still count as the same thing.
You look more closely
Because the stock answers no longer count, you start noticing the small moments during the day that would otherwise slip by.

FAQ
Good to know
How does Unrepeat detect repetition?
Unrepeat compares meanings, not words. An AI language model turns every entry into a series of numbers and compares it with everything you've ever written. That's why the app recognizes “Tasty cappuccino” as a repeat of “Good coffee” even though no word is the same. You choose how strict the check is: Relaxed, Medium or Strict.
How much does Unrepeat cost?
The download is free. To use the app you need a subscription: yearly with a 7-day free trial, or monthly. The App Store shows you the exact price in your currency. No ads, and your data is never sold.
What is the “three good things” exercise?
An exercise from positive psychology: every evening you write down three things that went well today. Unrepeat builds on it and makes sure the exercise doesn't turn into a routine where the same thing appears every day.
What if I run out of new things?
Then you get a short nudge that stays on topic and leads you to what was different today. And if you feel you've said it all after a few months, a fresh start resets the repetition guard while your history and streak stay.
Who can see my entries?
Only you. For the repetition guard, your entries are processed automatically by a Google language model, but they are never shared, sold or used to train AI models. You can delete your account and all entries in the app at any time. Details are in the privacy policy (German and English).
Is Unrepeat available for Android?
No, Unrepeat is currently only available for iPhone (iOS 17 or later).
Which languages does the app support?
Nine: English, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese.
What was good today?
